“Younger-looking” or “covers” would be acceptable words while “younger” or “removes” or “prevents” would suggest a physiological change and would be characteristic of a drug.Īny claim that expressly or impliedly suggests that a product can cure, mitigate, treat or prevent a disease or the structure or any function of the body would be inappropriate. Such claims would include but are not limited to claims such as wrinkle prevention or cures, eczema treatments, cell regeneration, and sunscreen. Specifically, claims that relate to cleansing, beautifying, promoting attractiveness or even altering the outward appearance are fine.
